Owners, tenants, suppliers and property practitioners (agents) are welcome to Register on Tokara Online and start interacting with the trustees. Access to information has been customised for each category of user.

The Tokara Body Corporate Clearance Certificate Requirements are listed at clearances for your convenience.

The Forms & Rules page contains the forms that must be completed, the acts, the Tokara standards and registered conduct rules as well as the original developer plans for Tokara. The Certificates of compliance of the electric fence and street distribution boxes are available on the page as well.

The Security pages list the remote programming procedures and Tokara access rules, the allocated parking areas per unit, visitors and contractors and the vehicle register as well as the visitor access procedures.

The Maintenance pages present our planned maintenance activities and Garden Schedule. We have included a handy list of Maintenance Responsibilities and Green Cleaning Tips. The Roadmap of Water Management and Water Loss Control in sectional tile complexes is also an interesting read.

The Financial pages include the Service Provider contracts with a copy of Pretor’s Fidelity Fund Certificate. The budget expenses allocation graphs, and AGM notices and minutes since 2013 are also available.

The Insurance pages include the Tokara Sectional Title Insurance Policy and Schedules, SASRIA and claims registration information. Important regulations on the Geyser, plumbing and gas compliance are also available.

On the Notices page you will find the circulars and newsletters since 2013.

Tokara use a pay-as you-use billing system for electricity, water and sanitation managed by Remote Metering Solutions (RMS). The Water and Electricity pages contain the necessary application forms and correct details about the rates of water and electricity in Tokara. We have included a Tokara  Water and Electricity Calculator where you can calculate your total utility bill based on your expected consumption!

Tokara has Fiber to the home (FTTH) and the details of signup is available on the FTTH page.

Lastly we have included the contact details of the Tokara Service Providers and provided the layout, addresses and maps of Tokara and Pretor (managing agent of Tokara) in About Us.

For trustees the Trustee pages include source files of all the documents, the trustee meeting minutes since 2014, the security reports of the roaming guard and the manuals for different components installed at Tokara.
